Product Overview:
By compressing the secondary steam from the first effect using a heat pump and then supplying it back to the first effect for heating, the consumption of primary steam is significantly reduced, lowering production costs. It mainly consists of a heat pump system, first-effect heating chamber, first-effect evaporation chamber, second-effect heating chamber, second-effect evaporation chamber, condenser, collection tank, and system piping and valves.
Product Features (Advantages):
a. Heating tubes use mirror-finish tubes with an appropriate length-to-diameter ratio, making them resistant to scaling, wall adhesion, coking, and clogging;
b. The relative height design between the heater and evaporation chamber is reasonable, ensuring smooth circulation and improving the heat transfer coefficient;
c. The condenser uses φ19mm heat exchange tubes, offering high heat exchange efficiency and resistance to scaling;
d. A combination of shell-and-tube and spiral-wound tube condensation is used to cool organic solvents to lower temperatures, effectively preventing solvent re-evaporation, with a solvent recovery rate of over 95%;
e. The heating area of each effect in the double-effect concentrator is calculated based on heat balance, fully utilizing the thermal energy of the secondary steam from the previous effect, improving thermal energy utilization and reducing energy consumption;
f. The heating steam temperature of each effect is significantly reduced, enabling low-temperature heating and evaporation, making it suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
